Upstate Cancer Center at Verona

The Upstate Cancer Center at Verona is a new single-story 30,000 SF structure consisting of a new 22,000 SF Cancer Center and an 8,000 SF Radiology Suite. The completed project will expand upon Upstate’s ability to deliver cancer treatment and radiological services to the residents of the eastern region of Central New York.  Patients will be served by medical professionals in a Urology/Surgery Suite, a Clinical Lab, a Hematology Oncology Suite with sixteen infusion stations, and a Radiation Oncology Suite featuring a new state-of-the-art linear accelerator.  Building patrons will be welcomed into a large skylighted Registration and Waiting Area from where they will be guided to the individual treatment areas.  The new facility location will offer convenient access from NYS Routes 31 & 365 and will feature plenty of parking.

The Radiology Suite will feature the following imaging modalities: X-Ray, Positron Emission Tomography (PET), Magnetic Resonance Imaging, and Computed Tomography (CT) Scanning.

The facility is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2022.
